Beautician Training Course Inaugurated at Piluchha Centre

The month began on a joyful and hopeful note with the inauguration of the Beautician Training Course at the Piluchha Centre under the theme “Nayi Disha – Empowering Women.” This initiative, organized by Bethany Charitable Trust, Limboi, Gujarat, under the help of Alboan Espana foundation, aims to empower young women through skill development and self-employment opportunities.

 

A total of 21 young women from six villages enthusiastically enrolled in the course, expressing their keen interest in acquiring beautician skills and building a better future for themselves and their families.

 

The programme was inaugurated by Sr Laveena Maria, The Vice President of Bethany Charitable Trust, who encouraged the participants to make the best use of this opportunity and strive for self-reliance and empowerment.

 

Sr Ileene D’Souza, the social coordinator warmly welcomed the participants and guests. The presence and words of encouragement from Sr Melisha and Sr Sujata inspired the young women to pursue their dreams with confidence and determination.

 

Mrs Urmeela Ben the staff, provided the participants with the necessary guidelines and orientation regarding the training programme, while Ms Sonal, the trainer, interacted with the participants and completed the registration process.

 

This initiative marks a significant step towards empowering women through vocational training, enabling them to become economically independent, socially confident, and active contributors to their families and communities.
